We don’t view dermatology as a series of isolated procedures. We see it as a vital chapter in a client’s Unified Health Story. As our Dermatology Lead, you are a “Warm Educator” who translates complex medical markers into clear, actionable pathways for skin health and aesthetic confidence, while diagnosing and managing a wide range of skin conditions, performing cosmetic procedures, and collaborating closely with our primary care and wellness teams as part of a holistic health experience.

• Clarify: You use plain language to decode dermatologic truths, making medical markers meaningful for our clients without ever being patronizing.
• Carry: You ensure continuity of care. You collaborate seamlessly with our primary care and wellness teams to ensure the "handoff" is invisible to the client.
• Pace: You respect the rhythm of care. With extended appointment times, you provide a calm, unhurried environment where proactive health is the priority.
• Anticipate: You look ahead. You help clients plan for the next steps in their health story, identifying early signals and providing preventive strategies before they are needed.
• Fulfill: you deliver visible progress. Whether medical or aesthetic, you provide clear closure to care cycles and celebrate milestones in a client’s health journey.

• Precision Care: You are a board-certified Dermatologist with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• A Dual Mastery: You bring deep experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, viewing them not as separate tasks, but as a singular path toward precision care.
• The Refined Aesthetic Eye: You possess strong diagnostic and procedural skills, delivering outcomes that favor warmth over gloss and subtle, natural results.
