WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Physician Relations Representative (PRR). Responsible for building and leveraging relationships with physicians through marketing initiatives and promoting the Company’s services to physicians, nurse practitioners, and health care providers across the GTA. In managing relationships internally and externally, the incumbent will follow up with physician inquiries in a timely manner with the goal of increasing health care provider referrals and engagement with WELL Health’s suite of businesses.

The incumbent will assist and work closely with the physician relation and marketing team to promote and support various initiatives across the GTA.

  • Engage with a targeted pipeline of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers, across multiple territories through phone calls, in-person meetings, and other communication channels. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and new referring physicians and their support staff to offer a quality experience.
  • Resolve physician concerns immediately and effectively.
  • Bridge the connection between the referring physician and our specialists in the event that questions arise.
  • Collaborate with the clinic staff to achieve optimal patient care.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of WELL Health’s offering and value proposition.
  • Manage and build an effective pipeline of referring health care providers throughout the GTA and assist in other territiories as needed.
