We are seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join our established practice in Toronto's vibrant Dufferin and St. Clair neighborhood. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice comprehensive family medicine while being part of a collaborative healthcare team that values both professional autonomy and collective excellence.
The Opportunity
Our practice operates under the Comprehensive Care Model (CCM) with plans to transition to a Family Health Group (FHG) model as we expand to three family physicians, with long-term goals of establishing a Family Health Organization (FHO). This growth trajectory offers excellent opportunities for professional development and leadership within our evolving practice.

Located in a thriving Toronto neighborhood with excellent public transit access, our practice serves a diverse patient population. The practice owner personally leases the building and manages business operations, ensuring a stable practice environment where physicians can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
We are looking for a Family Physician who:
Holds current licensure or eligible for a license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
Values both independent practice and collaborative healthcare delivery
Is committed to comprehensive family medicine across all age groups
Appreciates the benefits of an established practice infrastructure
Seeks professional growth opportunities within an expanding practice
We can support US or UK physicians that are eligible for a license.
