Advantage Medical Staffing is recruiting a Family Physician / General Practitioner to join a busy, long-established medical clinic in North York, Toronto

This is a particularly attractive opportunity for a physician who wants to start with patients from day one rather than spend months building a practice

The clinic has an established roster of 6,000+ registered patients
, alongside strong and consistent walk-in demand. Current Family Physicians are fully booked, and a full-time Family Physician can see more than 200 patients per week
.

• Typical full-time earning potential of CAD $400,000–$700,000+ annually

• 22% overhead + HST

• Special introductory overhead of only 12% for your first two months

• Strong patient demand from the outset

• Flexible working hours based around physician preference

• Deliver comprehensive Family Medicine to patients of all ages

• Provide both longitudinal family practice and walk-in care

• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Preventative healthcare and health screening

• Chronic disease management and follow-up

• Coordinate investigations, referrals and ongoing care

• Work collaboratively with the clinic's multidisciplinary team

• 6,000+ established patient roster

• Existing Family Physicians are fully booked

• Strong walk-in volumes

• Flexible working schedule

• No formal on-call requirement

• OSCAR EMR

• Experienced staff providing clinical and billing support

• Specialists and an on-site pharmacy

• Modern medical building with spacious consulting rooms and ample free parking

• Family Physician / General Practitioner

• CPSO licensed or eligible for CPSO licensure

• Physicians able to commence relatively soon preferred

• International candidates may be considered, with LMIA support available where required
