Collaborate with a team of 14 professionals affiliated with Mount Sinai Hospital and the University of Toronto, ensuring continuity of care for patients. We prioritize creating a supportive and dynamic workplace where you can grow and learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality consultative and diagnostic services
• Work closely with cardiologists and respirologists
• Ensure smooth patient transitions to hospital services
• Focus on delivering compassionate patient care
• Participate in ongoing education and training
Requirements:
• Independent Practice Certificate from CPSO
• Royal College certification in Cardiology (or pending)
• Membership in CMPA
• Passion for quality patient-centered care
• Strong collaborative skills in a team environment
