As a Sports Medicine Physician at Foundation Physiotherapy, you will diagnose musculoskeletal injuries and deliver effective treatments alongside a dedicated rehabilitation team. This position provides you with the unique opportunity to receive referrals from all Foundation clinics, sharpening your skills while supporting a diverse patient demographic. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform clinical assessments and develop treatment strategies
• Collaborate with specialists for evidence-based patient care
• Manage non-surgical treatments effectively
• Use private rooms equipped with EMR systems
• Engage with the community through sports event coverage
Requirements:
• Licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
• Diploma in Sport Medicine through CASEM
• Willingness to start at one shift/week
• Strong commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration
• Seek engagement in progressive patient care
