Your role will involve providing clinical examinations, diagnosing conditions, and developing robust treatment plans. Focus on empowering patients while engaging with your team for continuous improvement, available in clinic locations at Etobicoke and York Mills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer primary care services including screening and exams

• Create comprehensive treatment plans for patients

• Provide patient education on preventive health measures

• Facilitate compassionate care for small patient groups

• Engage with fellow team members regularly

Requirements:

• Current CPSO registration and active OHIP billing

• CCFP, CCFP (EM), or FRCPC required

• Commitment to at least one operating day per week

• Ability to manage a patient roster efficiently

• Experience with proactive health strategies is a plus
