As Medical Director, you will lead a clinically integrated network focused on improving patient outcomes through strategic initiatives and physician collaboration. This role is pivotal in fostering a value-based approach to healthcare delivery. You will work closely with hospital leadership and healthcare providers to promote evidence-based practices and enhance clinical integration across the network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership for JHACCN's pediatric care

• Design and implement value-driven healthcare initiatives

• Lead quality improvement and clinical pathway development

• Act as a clinical advisor for healthcare providers

• Enhance alignment between specialists and primary care practices

Requirements:

• MD or DO with accreditation and board certification

• Minimum of five years in clinical practice

• Leadership experience in health administration and physician engagement

• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and relationship skills

• Experience with accountable care and integrated networks
