Location:
Foundation Physiotherapy & Performance – Trinity Bellwoods
Requirements:
Be licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
Hold a Diploma in Sport Medicine through the Canadian Academy of Sport and Exercise Medicine (CASEM).
Compensation:
Maintain 100% of your annual billing structure.
Expected commitment:
Position can start at one shift/week and progress as need increases.
Full administrative support provided by the clinic.
Flat rate or rent models available and negotiable.
Practice Benefits:
Receive patient referrals from across all of Foundation’s locations (7) and through Foundation’s strong digital presence
Private rooms and EMR

Clinic services include: chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, concussion/vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic health physiotherapy, running assessments, cycling assessments, VO2 max and metabolic testing, strength and conditioning and acupuncture/dry needling
Foundation has multiple community partners for sports and event coverage opportunities
Skills:
Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and non-surgical treatment for musculoskeletal injuries.
Collaborate with allied health care specialists to develop personalized treatment plans using the best evidence.
Multidisciplinary Medical team includes:
Neurosurgeon, Orthopedic surgeon and Physiatrist.
Rehabilitation team includes:
Chiropractor, physiotherapists, registered massage therapists and osteopath.
Start Date:
This position is set to start as soon as possible.
