Key Responsibilities
- Advise students and families on academic programs, universities, and admissions requirements.
- Assist with application processes, including documentation, personal statements, and transcripts.
- Liaise with academic institutions to monitor application progress.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with students in a timely manner.
- Conduct consultations via phone, email, or in-person appointments.
- Attend education fairs, webinars, and recruitment events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in student advising or education consulting (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Canadian and international education systems is an asset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
