We are inviting applications for a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. The postdoctoral fellow will work primarily with Matthew Feinberg (Organizational Behavior) and Spike Lee (Marketing and Psychology).

Research Focus & Environment.

We are looking for a postdoctoral fellow to lead high-impact research projects focusing broadly on moral and political psychology. We have close ties and active collaborations with faculty members and graduate students across departments, from Psychology and Management to Computer Science and Data Science. The postdoctoral fellow will be part of this vibrant behavioral/social science community.

We are primarily interested in candidates who are excited to ask fundamental questions about human behavior. We value rigorous theoretical advancement and are open to research that draws on diverse methodological toolkits. While not a requirement, candidates with an interest or background in "big data," Natural Language Processing (NLP), or other cutting-edge methodological approaches are particularly encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Term
  • Salary: $80,000 CAD per year.
  • Research Budget: at least $10,000 CAD per year.
  • A research statement briefly describing your research interests and fit with the PIs.
  • At least two references, including their names, affiliations, and email addresses. (Reference letters are not required at this stage.)
