* Actual hours may vary at offer time dependent on qualifications and determined rate of pay. Employees can work up to a maximum of 130 hours per semester or 390 hours per academic. Employees shall not be guaranteed work and when not on assignment they shall not receive any pay or payment in lieu of benefits.

Description:

MA or PhD in Economics (first priority). TMU graduate students (second priority). TMU community. Graduate students.

The department reserves the right to make changes to this schedule reflective of the department's needs. Shifts will be assigned on a first come, first served basis determined by the timing of your email and after consideration of past performance with the department, until filled.

Before submitting shifts request, ensure you are available for your chosen shifts and have no conflicts.

You must attend the final exam shift 30 minutes prior to the start time and remain 30 minutes after it ends. This is paid time. The invigilation hours you will be paid for will include the before and after exam attendance.

Available shifts:

All shifts times are tentative and subject to change.
All shifts begin 30 minutes before the exam start time and end 30 minutes after the exam ends, this additional hour is PAID.

Salary & Compensation

September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026
