HROB - Winter - Exam Invigilator

Responsibilities

0.5 Hours/Term Conferring with the Supervising Instructor; attending mandatory training provided by the Supervising Instructor.
3 Hours/Term Attending employer orientation workshops; attending mandatory employer training, if new.
4 Hours/Term Performing invigilation duties for mid-term or final exams as required.

* Actual hours may vary at offer time dependent on qualifications and determined rate of pay. Employees can work up to a maximum of 130 hours per semester or 390 hours per academic. Employees shall not be guaranteed work and when not on assignment they shall not receive any pay or payment in lieu of benefits.

Qualifications

Qualification Description
applicants must NOT be current undergraduate students
greater preference is accorded to TMU graduate students, then to non-TMU graduate students
previous invigilation experience preferred
strong knowledge of exam policy, procedures, and academic integrity preferred

Salary & Compensation

September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026
