Located in downtown Toronto, Paul Penna Downtown Jewish Day School delivers an exciting multi-disciplinary, arts-enhanced program which addresses “big ideas” and embraces a pluralistic and egalitarian approach to Judaism. Paul Penna Downtown Jewish Day School is seeking a part-time French Teacher to teach Grades 2 through 8, for the 2026-27 school year. This role is to fill a parental leave for our current teacher. The teaching load for this position will be at an FTE between .4 and .55 with a salary range of $35,300 - $52,000 per year (based on current year salary grid and subject to  increase).

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ontario College of Teachers Certification recommended
• Knowledge of and experience with the Ontario Curriculum
• Previous experience teaching French to elementary grades
