What You Will Do
Learning Approaches: Partner with the Director of Training to define learning approaches that address business needs and opportunities. Initial focus will be on Milwaukee Product Service and Operations needs.
Training Design and Development
:
Lead the end-to-end creation and execution of comprehensive multi-modal training programs.
Project Management
:
Ensure that training and development initiatives are tracked and executed in a timely and effective manner.
Stakeholder Engagement
:
Build relationships with Subject Matter Experts and other project stakeholders to ensure alignment with evolving organizational goals.
Collaboration
:
Collaborate with internal teams and U.S.
-based counterparts where applicable to align on content and best practices.
Leadership
:
Lead and support the Learning Specialists in their work to develop, execute and implement solutions.
Training Delivery
:
Facilitate classroom and virtual training, driving engagement, application, and retention. Partner with the Training Coordinator to schedule, and track program execution.
Evaluation
:
In partnership with the Director of Training and with the support of the Learning Specialists, measure training effectiveness and impact through feedback, assessments, observations, performance metrics and other applicable methods.
Continuous Improvement
:
Regularly update training content to reflect business changes, industry trends and evolving needs.
Reporting
:
Communicate training outcomes and insights to the Director of Training, business leaders, and other stakeholders as required.
While TTI Canada supports the flexibility to work remotely when needed, this is primarily an in-office role based at our Toronto Head Office

What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources or a related field
5 years of experience in a Learning and Development role.
2 years of experience leading others.
Strong at conducting learning needs analysis and identifying gaps, with a proven ability to influence across functions.
Skilled in designing and delivering blended learning solutions.
Experienced in facilitating to groups of varying sizes and levels in person, and over virtual platforms.
Experienced in the evaluation of training impact and reporting on program effectiveness.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
Confident with virtual platforms, LMS, and eLearning design.
Experience in the power tools industry is an asset but not required.
