Teaching Position

Job Term: Full Time

We seek an individual inspired by our mission, whose beliefs align with our core values of integrity, compassion, inquiry, and courage, and who reflects our core competencies to join our Upper School as a Communications Technology Teacher. This is a full-time position, starting in September 2026.

Compensation & Placement Salary is determined by the Havergal Faculty Grid, ranging from $74,711 – $106,714 for early-career faculty and $107,078 – $140,448 for those with 6+ years of experience. Final placement is based on recognized teaching years, degrees, and Additional Qualifications (AQs).

Candidates should have a strong understanding of Communications and Technology fields including multimedia (graphics, video, and audio production), introduction to coding for apps and the internet, engineering design (computer technology and robotics), and how Artificial Intelligence can be integrated to develop and enhance the creative process. There is a focus on cross-departmental collaboration with Digital Wisdom, entrepreneurship, fashion design, and technologies in the Digital Lab such as laser printing, 3D printing, and virtual reality.
