Your leadership will be pivotal in crafting a comprehensive educational vision that integrates JSU, Torah High, and more into a seamless journey for every teen. You will design curricula that resonate and align with NCSY’s goals, ensuring significance in each teen’s educational path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a cohesive educational strategy integrating all programs

• Align educational timeline with key Jewish dates

• Mentor and train staff on effective educational delivery

• Track and define the student experience journey

• Identify performance gaps and enhancement opportunities

Requirements:

• Background in formal or informal Jewish education

• Solid understanding of Jewish values and traditions

• Experience designing educational programs

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Eager to engage teens using relational education
