Summer School Physics Educator

Position: Full-Time Summer School Physics Educator
TFS is looking for a Summer School Physics Educator to teach grades 11 and 12 in Toronto from June 29 to July 24, 2026. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday.

As a Physics teacher at TFS, you will educate students in SPH3U and SPH4U courses during an intensive four-week program. We need instructors who bring experience with the Ontario curriculum and can inspire passion for physics in high school learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging lessons in high school physics

• Evaluate and assess student understanding and progress

• Collaborate with fellow teachers to improve summer curriculum

• Create a positive classroom environment conducive to learning

• Maintain high academic standards and expectations

Requirements:

• Certified Ontario teacher with relevant qualifications

• Background in secondary school physics instruction

• Effective communication and student engagement skills

• Ability to adapt lessons for various learning needs

• Desire to foster a passionate learning community
