ILAC Education Group is searching for a dedicated Student Services Specialist. This role entails working directly with students to guide them through their educational journey while also collaborating with various departments in the school. Your primary focus will be on responding to student inquiries, managing documentation, and supporting events that contribute to their success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect essential documents from students on their first day
• Organize and participate in orientation processes weekly
• Identify students' class needs with the Scheduling team
• Serve as a contact point for housing and welfare inquiries
• Assist with managing student graduation and related documentation
Requirements:
• Strong customer service passion and experience
• Demonstrated ability to resolve problems effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Degree-level qualification mandatory
• Complete fluency in English, and either Mandarin or Spanish is preferred
