Youth Program Director

Lead impactful youth workshops at Alpha in Toronto, Canada. As the on-site Youth Program Director, you'll empower K-8 students with essential life skills while coaching and monitoring program effectiveness.

In this pivotal role, you will facilitate engaging workshops focusing on competencies like public speaking and feedback for young students. You will leverage Coachbot analytics to motivate participants and ensure their goals are met, while producing measurable improvements. By sustaining a personal cohort, your coaching remains grounded in actual student experiences, ensuring adherence to Alpha's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate live workshops on life competencies for K-8 students

• Drive motivation using Coachbot analytics and incentive architecture

• Coach Guides for program adherence and improvement actions

• Monitor student satisfaction and performance metrics weekly

• Foster engagement and a love for learning in every session

Requirements:

• On-site role in Toronto, Canada

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field

• 5+ years of experience in education or coaching

• Prior leadership experience managing teams of 5+

• Hands-on work with youth aged 5-14 in education
