Overview
On-site position in Toronto, Canada. Compensation: $200,000 CAD annually.
What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating one-hour live workshops on life competencies (public speaking, focus, giving and receiving feedback) for K-8 students, adhering to Alpha's playbook
- Conducting motivation sessions leveraging Coachbot analytics and Alpha's incentive architecture (school currency, leaderboards) to achieve 100% student goal completion
- Coaching Guides on program adherence and standards enforcement, ensuring every session yields specific improvement actions
- Sustaining your own student cohort to ensure your coaching remains anchored in direct, firsthand experience
- Monitoring student satisfaction scores, goal completion rates, and Guide performance metrics on a weekly basis to identify underperformance promptly
- Instructing math, reading, or any academic content — adaptive applications manage all academic instruction
- Developing curriculum or creating workshop activities (Alpha's playbook serves as your operating framework; the priority is execution excellence)
- Coaching Guides on pedagogical technique (Guides do not teach — you coach energy, motivation, and accountability)
- Overseeing campus operations, budgets, or administrative functions
- Lowering standards when a student approaches but does not meet the threshold (the bar remains constant; your role is to support them in reaching it)
Fulfill Alpha's three commitments to every student: fostering a love of school, enabling learning at twice the conventional pace, and cultivating practical life skills.

- Hands-on experience working with youth aged 5-14 in an educational or developmental context

- Background in coaching athletics, leading experiential programs, directing camps, or managing youth programs at a scale requiring cohort management and outcome measurement
