This role is exclusively for Civil Engineering MASc and PhD students ’ll be responsible for preparing exam rooms, supervising test-takers, and reporting any incidents. Reliability, tact, and strong communication skills are crucial for success here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside instructors to oversee exams

• Prepare and maintain organized test environments

• Assist professors before and after exams

• Document incidents and maintain exam policies

• Ensure confidentiality of testing materials

Requirements:

• Must be a TMU graduate student in Civil Engineering

• Effective communication in business English

• Ability to perform under pressure

• Strong organizational capabilities

• Must be punctual and dependable
