In this full-time role, you will manage the Diller Teen Fellows program, focusing on experiential learning for high school students. Your duties will include planning workshops, facilitating discussions, and enhancing community engagement. You'll work alongside teens and their families to ensure a supportive and inspiring environment throughout the program year.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver workshops, seminars, and retreats aligned with Diller’s framework
• Foster leadership through guided group activities
• Coordinate logistics for varied program components
• Provide comprehensive support and mentorship to teen participants
• Regularly communicate with community partners and families
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in youth programming
• Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities
• Passion for youth leadership and experiential education
• Familiarity with the Jewish community preferred
• Essential:
Driver’s license and vehicle access
Consolidate your leadership with Diller Teen Fellows and help cultivate the next generation of Jewish changemakers.
