Engage future health leaders as a Sessional Lecturer at the University of Toronto for HAD
2001H. Interact with students on strategic tools for effective health system change.

In this role, you will teach the seminar course focused on strategic vision and planning as part of the MSc in Health Systems Leadership and Innovation. Commencing in September 2026, classes occur weekly in the evenings, covering the complexities of health system management. You will work with about 40 students and emphasize tools like scenario planning in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and mentor students in health systems innovation

• Evaluate and grade assignments promptly

• Design interactive course discussions around strategic challenges

• Facilitate learning on stakeholder dynamics

• Maintain records and manage course logistics

Requirements:

• Proven knowledge in health systems management

• Advanced academic qualifications in health or related disciplines

• Background in teaching or academic facilitation
