At Toronto Metropolitan University’s , we support students and alumni in navigating their academic, personal, and career development journeys. Our team delivers integrated services including career advising, co-operative education programming, employer engagement, and a range of student success initiatives.
We work closely with students to increase awareness of TMU resources, build career readiness, strengthen experiential learning opportunities, and foster meaningful connections between education and employment.
Through innovative programming, partnerships, and student-centred support, we are committed to helping students build the skills, confidence, and experiences needed to succeed during their time at TMU and beyond graduation.
The Opportunity
The Manager, Student Navigation will oversee and coordinate student success strategies including proactive outreach, first-year student transition support and the Student Success Navigator team.
This role collaborates with campus and faculty partners to implement tailored strategies ensuring students are well-supported as they navigate key services, resources, and transitions throughout their academic journey.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to student success, belonging, and retention by shaping meaningful first-year experiences and strengthening how students connect with support systems across the university.
