Trainer in Health and Safety Central Region

Join Workplace Safety & Prevention Services as a Health and Safety Trainer in the Central Region.

This role offers the chance to deliver vital training sessions enhancing workplace safety.

In this contract, full-time position, you will work remotely while residing in the Greater Toronto Area. With a minimum of three years of experience, you'll facilitate engaging training sessions both virtually and in-person. Travel is required for client meetings and various training events, allowing you to make a significant impact across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead WSPS training programs and workshops

• Customize training based on participant needs

• Prepare and review training materials before delivery

• Foster relationships with external clients and stakeholders

• Respond promptly to training-related inquiries

Requirements:

• Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent

• Facilitation experience in the industrial and service sectors

• Proficient in virtual and in-person training

• In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles

• Strong organizational and communication skills
