Reporting to the Manager of Learning & Development, this role demands a skilled professional with at least 3 years of experience in learning design. You will deliver high-impact training solutions and collaborate across functions to implement learning programs effectively.

Your role includes applying adult learning principles and engaging stakeholders for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-impact eLearning and training programs

• Design scripts and mock-ups for diverse learning content

• Manage complex projects from conception to delivery

• Ensure instructional design consistency and quality

• Track training activities and assess program effectiveness

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning or HR roles

• Expertise in Learning Management Systems and design tools

• Strong organizational abilities with detail-oriented execution

• Effective communicator with senior stakeholders

• Willing to adapt to evolving learning environments
