As a member of the Learning Services team, this role focuses on aiding Tyndale students across various disciplines. You will engage in one-on-one consultations to enhance students' writing skills, assist with effective note-taking, and promote strong research methodologies. Your expertise will help empower individuals at any stage of their academic writing journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere in Learning Services
• Conduct individual academic writing consultations
• Provide constructive feedback on student writing
• Help students develop effective studying strategies
• Assist with office management in the team's absence
Requirements:
• Current Tyndale student, minimum of 10 courses completed
• 0 to 6 months of related experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online resources
• Commitment to Tyndale's academic integrity policies
Utilize your passion for writing to support and guide Tyndale students in their academic endeavors.
