Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging Working at Heights training sessions

• Evaluate participant skills with hands-on assessments

• Maintain organized training records and documents

• Attend and contribute to team development workshops

Requirements:

• 3+ years training experience in safety or construction

• Strong interest in health & safety education

• Certification in occupational health & safety advantageous

• Valid Ontario Driver Licence

• Ability to work independently and engage teams
