Position: Admissions Coordinator for MEng Programs
Elevate educational experiences as the Admissions & Programs Coordinator for MEng at the University of Toronto. Provide exceptional support to over 900 students while implementing recruitment strategies.

In this term position within the Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering, you will collaborate with stakeholders on innovative admissions strategies for the MEng and MEngCEM programs.

Your role focuses on program administration, academic advising, and ensuring student success. You will engage in data analysis, assist applicants, and foster student retention through various academic support mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support innovative recruitment and admissions strategies

• Manage end-to-end admissions for MEng and MEngCEM

• Advise students on academic and financial matters

• Analyze enrollment data and report findings

• Coordinate skills development programming and practicums

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• 4+ years in a post-secondary institution

• 3+ years in student admissions

• Strong skills in data analysis and presentation

• Advanced proficiency in student information systems
