Course description: Introduces hydrological systems as they relate to landscape architecture, in consideration of watersheds, regions, and environmental development.

Sessional dates of appointment: September 1, 2026 to January 31, 2026

Professional degree in Landscape Architecture and minimum 5 years of professional experience focused on hydrological systems.

Experience teaching landscape architecture courses at the graduate level is preferred.

Preparation and delivery of course material; managing digital teaching materials, preparation and delivery of assignments, tests, final examinations and deferred final examinations; marking of student work, submission of grades, dealing with student enquiries, appeals and petitions and student contact hours.

Preference in hiring is given to qualified individuals advanced to the rank of Sessional Lecturer II or Sessional Lecturer III in accordance with Article 14:12 of the CUPE 3902 Unit 3 collective agreement.

Please note that should rates stipulated in the collective agreement vary from rates stated in this posting, the rates stated in the collective agreement shall prevail.
