In this half-credit appointment, you will lead a small, focused class as students develop viable tech startups.
Your role encompasses lecture preparation, assessment design, and supervision of teaching assistants to ensure a rich educational experience. Your substantial software writing and teaching expertise will enhance students’ learning journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and conduct engaging, in-person lectures
• Develop syllabus and manage course-related tasks
• Supervise TA duties and maintain quality delivery
• Provide additional support and feedback to students
• Administer grading and ensure timely evaluations
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related area
• Demonstrated expertise in the subject matter
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Previous teaching or equivalent professional experience
• Preferred:
Experience in undergraduate Computer Science instruction
