Position: Chemistry Instructor Full Time TFS
TFS is seeking a Chemistry Instructor for a full-time, long-term position in Toronto starting in December 2025. Teach in both French and English while supporting student learning and engagement.

As a key member of the Senior School team, you will develop innovative teaching practices tailored to diverse student needs.

Your role will include planning lessons, providing feedback, and building trusting relationships with students and families. Fluency in both languages is crucial for fostering effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement chemistry lessons engagingly

• Track and assess student work systematically

• Support a positive and effective learning environment

• Establish rapport with students, parents, and colleagues

• Apply suitable educational resources and materials

Requirements:

• Hold a valid teaching certification (OCT or equivalent)

• Excellent French and English communication skills

• Prior experience teaching science subjects

• Strong understanding of the French curriculum

• Awareness of IB and Ontario educational frameworks is beneficial
