Summer Camp Activity Leader

Position: Summer Camp Activity Leader at Bayswater
Engage youth in fun and safe activities with Bayswater Education this summer as an Activity Leader. This role involves supervising students, organizing engaging events, and ensuring safety throughout.

As a Summer Camp Activity Leader, you will lead scheduled activities and supervise students during excursions at the Bayswater Toronto campus. You'll monitor participant behavior, adapt activities based on group dynamics, and ensure a positive environment.

Your role also involves collaborating with the Student Services Team to enhance the overall student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daytime, evening, and weekend activities

• Ensure safety and well-being of all students

• Adapt activities based on weather and energy levels

• Assist in student orientation on the first program day

• Take photos for social media and internal reporting

Requirements:

• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus

• Minimum one year in student services or camps

• Ability to manage large groups effectively

• Flexible schedule for last-minute changes

• Strong communication and organizational skills
