In this full-time temporary position, you will work with clients and subject matter experts to design learner-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Design learner-focused solutions with clients and SMEs
• Implement design thinking principles in learning solutions
• Create content across multiple formats like eLearning and videos
• Use tools such as Articulate 360 to develop materials
• Ensure learning outcomes are effective and measurable
Requirements:
• University degree in education, instructional design, or related
• Five years of experience with learning development
• Proficient in learning management systems and authoring tools
• Strong knowledge of adult education principles
• Commitment to accessibility standards in learning
