In this role, you will design and develop innovative learning experiences for TD Wealth's advisors and support teams. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align training objectives with business strategy. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop engaging training solutions across formats
• Collaborate with Learning Strategy Manager on business objectives
• Manage deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder updates
• Perform testing, implementation, and evaluation of training
• Foster proactive collaboration and peer-sharing within the team
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development
• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in L&D software like Articulate and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
