Shape the future of students in Downtown Toronto as a Mandarin Teacher focusing on preschool and adult learners. Engage diverse backgrounds through tailored lesson plans.
We are seeking a qualified Mandarin Teacher to educate preschoolers and adults in North York. The ideal candidate will have over two years of Mandarin teaching experience, hold a teaching degree, and be fluent in Mandarin and English.
Your role will include evaluating student progress and preparing customized curriculum based on individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach preschool students and school-age learners
• Design and present engaging Mandarin lessons
• Assign, correct homework, and administer tests
• Evaluate student progress and discuss results
• Prepare remedial programs for struggling students
Requirements:
• Eligible to work in Canada
• 2+ years of Mandarin teaching experience
• Teaching degree or certification required
• TCFL or TCSOL certificate preferred
• Sound knowledge of Chinese language and culture
