As a Program Consultant, you will enhance the competencies of Canadian Tire and Party City Dealers. Reporting to the Manager of Dealer Training & Development, this role plays a critical part in delivering comprehensive training programs. You will coordinate efforts, track progress, and provide coaching to Trainees, alongside collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to ensure effective content delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate multi-phase training programs effectively
• Develop and manage training content and curriculum
• Analyze trainee performance to identify improvement needs
• Provide coaching and assess training performance
• Communicate risks related to training execution
Requirements:
• Experience in Canadian Tire retail store operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Self-starter with curiosity and desire for growth
• Understanding of instructional design fundamentals
