Your efforts will focus on individualized plans and assessments to cater to diverse cultural and developmental needs, ensuring each child receives the attention they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement High/Scope® curriculum and learning programs

• Create child-focused program plans and evaluate effectiveness

• Assist in observing children's development progress

• Support children with special needs through individualized plans

• Foster respectful communication within the learning community

Requirements:

• Prior experience in an educational child care setting

• Understanding of early learning practices and philosophies

• Excellent organizational and teamwork skills

• Required medical checks and police verification

• Standard First Aid and CPR certification
