In this role, you will leverage your instructional design skills to create digital learning solutions that meet employee needs. By partnering with HR and other stakeholders, you will evaluate learning requirements and translate them into effective pedagogical strategies. You'll apply adult learning principles while crafting engaging experiences using tools like Articulate and Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Develop artifacts like storyboards and wireframes

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education in Learning or HR

• Proven experience in instructional design

• Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies

• Proficient in digital learning tools and software

• Excellent project management and detail-oriented skills
