Responsibilities   Facilitate engaging life skills workshops for K-8 students
Use analytics to drive student motivation and goal completion
Support Guides in maintaining program adherence
Monitor student satisfaction scores and performance metrics
Manage personal student cohort for firsthand coaching experience
Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
5+ years of experience in youth coaching or education
Leadership experience with a team of five or more
Direct experience with youth in educational settings
Legal authorization to work in Canada
