Role Overview :
We are looking for a hands-on PPC Manager to oversee and scale our clients' paid search accounts. In this new role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of campaign management: building strategy, optimizing in the platform, managing budgets, and communicating results directly to clients. The salary range for this position is: $65,000 - $75,000 annually.
Responsibilities   Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube and more) and Microsoft Advertising.
Execute bulk account changes and campaign builds efficiently using Google Ads Editor.
Write compelling ad copy, then consistently test and refine messaging to drive higher CTR and conversion rates.
Own budget pacing and financial management to maximize campaign efficiency.
Analyze raw campaign data and performance metrics to identify trends, draw conclusions, and implement actionable growth strategies.
Lead regular client calls to report on performance, explain data simply, and recommend strategic pivots.
Fully trained Account Managers will manage a book of 40-50 customers.
Requirements   2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (agency experience is a strong plus).
Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Ads Editor (Knowledge of Local Service Ads is a plus).
Highly analytical with a strong grasp of core PPC math (CPA, ROAS, conversion rates).
Excellent time-management skills with the proven ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Robust client-facing communication skills; you must be comfortable leading meetings and troubleshooting performance issues directly with business owners.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and explain how PPC performance directly impacts a client's broader business and revenue goals.
