French Language Educator

Position: French Language Educator Needed
Future Hope Academy is seeking a passionate French Language Educator to inspire and teach the FSF1O course in a nurturing Christian environment. Bring your expertise to create immersive language lessons.

This role is perfect for those with over two years of experience in the Ontario High School French Curriculum and a valid French as a Second Language certification. Successful candidates should possess strong skills in grammar, essay writing, and utilizing diverse media to teach effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach the FSF1O course with a focus on communication skills

• Create assessments aligned with the Ontario curriculum

• Differentiate instruction for ELL and IEP students

• Manage classroom dynamics to maintain an inclusive atmosphere

• Accurately record student information and progress

Requirements:

• 2+ years teaching experience with the Ontario French Curriculum

• FSL qualification required

• Preferably have OCT certification

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational background

• Strong classroom management skills
