As a Financial Aid Officer, you will play a vital role in assisting students with OSAP eligibility and application requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Clarify OSAP eligibility and application processes
• Organize and upload required financial documentation
• Submit applications to the Ministry of Colleges
• Follow up diligently on application statuses
• Offer support and clarity throughout the OSAP stages
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Finance or Social Services
• Familiarity with OSAP or financial aid is a plus
• Experience in admissions or student services preferred
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
