In this role, you will significantly contribute to the fundraising efforts of ROM Governors by synthesizing comprehensive research on potential donors and sponsors. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, you’ll engage closely with leadership to ensure that your research output informs strategic relationship-building efforts. Strong analytical and research skills are essential as you work within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis of individual and corporate donation prospects

• Perform detailed biographical and financial assessments

• Develop strategic relationship maps and research briefs

• Provide intelligence on media trends impacting fundraising

• Ensure data accuracy within the CRM framework
Requirements:

• University degree, ideally a Master's in Library and Information Science

• Minimum three years of experience in a prospect research role

• Knowledge of CRM systems like Raiser’s Edge NXT

• Strong skills in online research and analysis tools

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
