We are looking for a passionate individual with a respected Degree or Diploma. As a Learning Coach, you will provide tailored support to help adults succeed in their self-directed studies, while also managing administrative tasks and creating an inviting environment. Your efforts will be pivotal in preparing learners for real-world challenges after graduation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide adult students in completing self-directed courses

• Acquaint with course materials to assist effectively

• Manage student data and administrative responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and welcoming learning space

• Proctor exams and assist in study preparation
Requirements:

• Recognized University Degree or College Diploma

• IT familiarity and support experience

• Eagerness to achieve Academy Certification

• Passionate about adult education

• Previous educational experience considered a plus
