This permanent full-time role emphasizes the development and implementation of interprofessional education activities. Reporting to the Manager of Simulation & Virtual Learning, you will collaborate with diverse teams, utilizing experiential methods such as simulation and e-learning to foster critical thinking and problem-solving. Your expertise will help ensure that teams acquire the necessary skills for effective care in aging settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate educational programs aligned with organizational goals

• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to assess learning needs

• Deliver in-person and virtual education programs effectively

• Integrate advanced educational practices and technologies into training

• Promote person-centred care approaches in aging settings

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in health care discipline preferred

• Minimum 3-5 years of simulation-based education experience

• Experience in long-term and aging care settings

• Proficiency in educational technologies and Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and leadership skills
