Position: Educational Leader - Academic Principal Role
Join Canada’s National Ballet School as an Academic Principal, where your leadership fosters critical thinking and student empowerment in a creatively inclusive environment.

This senior role requires a visionary leader to oversee the academic program and support approximately 175 students. You will work closely with artistic and health leaders to ensure academic rigor complements ballet training. Your commitment to equity and diversity will be key in nurturing a thriving educational culture while meeting Ontario education requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Ontario Ministry of Education standards

• Support student achievement through curriculum planning

• Develop and mentor a dedicated educator team

• Create an inclusive, high-performing school culture

• Build relationships with families and community partners

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education

• Prior experience as a Principal or Vice Principal

• Understanding of innovative teaching practices

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

• Commitment to student-centered educational approaches
