Relational Pastor English and Youth Ministry

Position: Relational Pastor for English and Youth Ministry
Become our passionate Pastor leading the English-speaking congregation with a focus on youth and post-secondary needs. Share your gifts in preaching and teaching while providing pastoral care.

We are searching for an individual who is spiritually mature and dedicated to intergenerational and intercultural ministry. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Divinity (M Div.) and experience in diverse ministry settings. Strong communication and leadership skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preach and teach within the English congregation

• Provide care and discipleship for English-speaking members

• Work with lay leaders overseeing ministry programs

• Direct Youth and Post-Secondary Ministry initiatives

• Encourage unity across all congregational languages

Requirements:

• Clear calling to fulfill pastoral ministry

• Master of Divinity or equivalent degree

• Experience in multicultural or multilingual ministry

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Eligible to work in Canada
