Position: Automotive Technical Instructor Role

We are seeking an Automotive Technical Instructor with a passion for technology and teaching. In this role, you will leverage at least five years of hands-on experience to train the next generation of technicians. You will engage learners through in-person and virtual training, utilizing various platforms to ensure deep understanding of automotive concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on training based on OEM service curriculum

• Manage a rolling training schedule with Cornerstone LMS

• Facilitate learning in classroom and virtual sessions

• Collaborate with teams to enhance training materials

• Maintain training environments and equipment effectively
Requirements:

• College diploma or equivalent experience

• Provincial or Interprovincial Technician’s License

• 5+ years in an OEM automotive environment

• Strong facilitation and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
